Which musicians characterise the city's sound? Which talents should you look out for? And how diverse is Hanover's music scene? Last year's Maschseefest provided a splendid answer. At the first "Musste Hören" festival, more than a dozen musicians presented themselves with three songs each, accompanied by a specially formed live band. The diversity of pop music was celebrated with its own music fair. And of course such an impressive festival must be repeated. Acts such as Saulė, Lavinia, Ivana, Oliver Owl feat.Theo da Vinci, Hetzcasper, Emilie Sandin, Vian and the band Taper can already be named. The HAZ crew led by Volker Wiedersheim and Emily Bader are preparing further surprises. The motto for 2025 is: you can't get more Hanover pop culture in one evening.
