Welcome to the new Food Village on Geibel (Rudolf-von-Bennigsen-Ufer)!

Here you can enjoy culinary delights from all over the world at the 12 diverse food stands. There is also a comprehensive range of drinks on offer, from long drinks and soft drinks to unusual cocktails.

And guests at the Geibel don't have to miss out on a fine wine with a relaxing view of the lake: With Enrico Leone and Le Sommelier two special wine bars from Hanover have set up shop on the east bank and offer a diverse selection of exquisite wines.

A varied supporting programme from Wednesday to Sunday with morning pints, DJ sets and live performances ensures a relaxed holiday atmosphere by the lake. You can enjoy delicious food and drinks in the seating areas right by the water.

A special highlight is the "America Unlimited Sunset Beach", which offers an exclusive relaxation area by the Maschsee lake and gives visitors a taste of the Californian lifestyle. Under stylish awnings, guests can relax in cosy deckchairs, unwind and enjoy the Californian flair to the full. Palm trees, surfboards and chill-out vibes create an authentic atmosphere reminiscent of the most beautiful places in California. In addition to many culinary delights, there is also a mobile travel agency where you can book your trip to the USA directly.

Different opening hours

In accordance with agreements with the state capital of Hanover, the Hanover region and the Ministry of the Environment, different operating hours apply to the stand area at Geibel.
