On 22 July 2026, the Maschseefest will start and transform the lake in the middle of Hanover into one of Germany's most popular promenades and pleasure miles for 19 days. The food mile has now also been finalised - and will provide fresh inspiration for all those who want to experience culinary diversity right by the water.

Along the north-east bank on Rudolf-von-Bennigsen-Ufer and on the west bank below the Courtyard Hotel, you can expect a varied offer: A total of 16 stalls offer food „on the go“ - from quick and uncomplicated to surprisingly sophisticated.

The food mile is re-advertised every year and thus regularly provides variety. In addition to popular classics from the previous year, four new concepts on the east bank set special accents this year: vegan specialities, panini, tacos and Maultaschen for on the go expand the offer.
