On Wednesday 29 July 2026, Queer Wednesday invites you to the queer highlight of the Maschsee Festival from 6 pm to 10 pm.

On the Maschsee stage on the north shore, visitors can look forward to a varied programme featuring drag acts, live music and DJs.

Hanover-based drag artists Heidi Hoe and Fleur bring glamour and entertainment to the stage.

As a musical highlight, Jenny Thiele will be bringing her distinctive sound – a blend of indie pop, electronic influences and atmospheric soundscapes – to the Maschsee. The Cologne-based musician is one of the most exciting voices on the German-speaking indie scene and provides the perfect soundtrack.

As every year, our Queens Disko, Jutta and Carrie Gold, will be hosting the evening. They’ll both be taking care of the DJ sets and turning the north bank into a colourful dance floor until 10 pm.
