Opening hours on the north bank (RADIO 21 jetty to Geibel) during the finals days 23-26 July 2026:
Thursday: 12:00 to 01:00
Friday - Saturday: 12:00 to 02:00
Sunday: 12:00 to 01:00
The opening Wednesday, 22 July 2026, starts regularly from 2 pm.
Monday - Thursday: 14:00 to 01:00
Friday - Saturday: 14:00 to 02:00
Sunday: 12:00 to 01:00

Fun and games for little guests
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the Maschseepiraten set sail; on Wednesdays, Thursdays and at weekends, various activities and attractions attract children to the children's meadow on the west bank and the play park on the south bank of the Maschsee can be visited daily.

From 22 July, the Maschseefest will transform the shores of Lake Maschsee into a unique festival setting featuring international cuisine, live music and that summer feeling. Running alongside this, the 2026 Finals will bring top-class sport to the heart of the city – right on the shores of the Maschsee.

This year, a very special attraction is making its debut at the Maschsee: the 38-metre-high Maschseefest Ferris wheel by ROSSMANN offers spectacular views of the festival site, the lake and the Hannover skyline.
If you’d like to experience the Maschsee Festival from a whole new perspective, don’t miss out on a boat trip. ✨
Tickets are available at the venue. The fare is €7 for adults and €5 for children under the age of ten.
